2010 Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L All-Wheel Drive

Family Friendliness: 7.7

Recommended: Not Yet Driven

Specifications apply to this model only.

What it Is: A five-passenger, two-row crossover version of the Honda Accord sedan.
What's Hot: Extra cargo capacity and all-wheel drive not available on Accord sedan.
What's Not:
Cargo room smaller than competition, all-wheel drive only available on most expensive model.
Family Friendly Options: Leather, navigation, rear backup camera, Bluetooth, USB port.
How It Got Its Score: While we generally like the idea of a Honda Accord with expanded cargo space, the 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour is on the pricey side, and it doesn't offer as much cargo room as some competitors.

The 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour sounds like a good idea at first: Take the family-friendly Honda Accord sedan, put a hatch on it for more cargo space, and voila, instant hit. However, a few things prevent the formula from working quite as we would hope. First, the 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour is on the expensive side, with the all-wheel drive EX-L model starting at nearly $35,000 including destination. Second, when you compare the Accord Crosstour to vehicles like the Ford Edge, you'll find that cargo space is on the small side. However, the Crosstour does have its strengths. For example, although the cargo area isn't huge, it is very flexible thanks to a removable cargo tray under the floor, and a reversible floor panel that's designed to make dirty loads easier to accommodate without ruining the carpet. The 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour is just the car for you if you absolutely must have an Accord, but just need more cargo room.
