The Mercury Milan hybrid is mechanically identical to the Ford Fusion hybrid, boasting the same excellent fuel economy, innovative dash display that grows 'leaves" the more eco-friendly you drive, and the other things that make the Fusion worth considering. Navigation and music integration with SYNC voice-activation are both available, and the Milan's more subtle styling is sure to appeal to those who aren't really into the big chrome grille on the Ford Fusion. There are two downsides to the Milan hybrid though. First, its trunk space is reduced significantly thanks to the batter pack that's located there. Second, its price is notably higher than the Ford Fusion hybrid's, making this premium sedan a little harder to swallow.
