2010 Toyota Camry Four-Cylinder

Family Friendliness: 8.0

Recommended: Not Yet Driven

Specifications also apply to LE, SE and XLE four-cylinder models.

What it Is: A four-door, five-passenger midsize sedan.
Who it's For: Families who desire an economical sedan and need no more than two LATCH points.
What's Hot: Multiple models to suit nearly any budget.
What's Not: Styling is a little bland.
How It Got Its Score: The Camry, like other midsize sedans, scores well thanks to its combination of price, safety, and fuel economy.

The Toyota Camry is one of the best-selling cars of all time, thanks to Toyota's frequent updates and model changovers. Today's Camry is no different, offering up very good fuel economy from its four-cylinder engine, a competitive price regardless of options, and largely positive crash test scores and safety equipment. With a roomy trunk and reasonable rear seat it's a good call for many families who don't need the extra hauling capacity of a crossover. The only downside is the styling, which many consider to be a little bland. Still, more than 400,000 buyers a year opt for the Camry, and they can't all be wrong.
