The 2010 Kia Soul is all about cool, right down to the nomenclature. While most companies are comfortable designating different models "LX" or something, the Soul's models are base, +, ! and Sport. Contrived? Maybe, but there's a lot here for families on a budget to like here. For example, there's the 19.3 cu.-ft. of cargo space that expancs to 53.4 cu.-ft. when you fold down the rear seats. There's a premium audio system with lights in the speakers that flash in time with the music, which will definitely delight little ones. And unlike the base model, the +, ! and Sport models are available with an automatic transmission; you can save $1,000 if you stick with the manual. Seeing as how this is a budget vehicle, you can't get things like a backup camera or navigation, which some of the Soul's competition does offer.
